Hello Joy Friends,
I am thinking today about the simple things in life that bring everything back into perspective.
How do you use your holiday time?
Can we be in the moment and relax with our families? Simple things, like a picnic in your local park or a bike ride down the street with the children, or laying out on the grass and watching the clouds go by. These simple things can bring a sense of gratefulness and joy to our hearts.
Just remembering to breath properly. You know, a nice deep breath that fills your lungs to the very top and makes you feel better. Go on, do it now while we talk.
Over the school holidays, I am going to pair down our activities and just return to the simple things. It seems really easy to slip into this routine of organizing even more activities for the holidays and to keep running but it is so splendid when you don’t.
So whatever your life holds at the moment, plan a day to breath and watch the world go by, count your blessings and be grateful for all that we have in this life.
