We love these dairy free piklets and often eat them for afternoon tea with some jam, but they equally often end up in my kids lunch box . So I’ll make a big batch and keep them in the fridge 🙂
1 cup of SR flour ( I use SR spelt flour )
270ml of coconut cream
2 tablespoons of coconut oil
Put all the ingredients in a bowl and beat together.
Drop small circular amounts in to a hot fry pan.
Cook until golden brown on both sides
