Day trip to Toowoomba – A new café to visit

Hi Joy Friends,

I had to pop up to Toowoomba this week to pick up my little girl from Nan. I came across something really special that I wanted to share with you all. A new café called Inbound at the Toowoomba railway station in Station Street, Toowoomba.

Toowoomba is beautiful, gorgeous in Spring with the Carnival of Flowers, cool in summer, beautiful in autumn with the trees changing colour and really, really freezing in winter.  So when I had to meet my Mum in Toowoomba to do the child swap I asked a really good friend of mine for somewhere special to meet.

The first thing I saw on entering this lovely café was a fire roaring away quietly in the corner and I was sold.

We picked a table nice and close, and were soon toasty warm. The service was friendly and fast. The décor was charming. The coffee was yum!

These antique shops are also in Station street, opposite the Station and well worth a poke around.

This is my new go to place in a city that I love and am very familiar with. So if you are in the mood for a road trip, head on up to Toowoomba and enjoy the cold, have a look around at the parks and the antique shops and enjoy a lovely breakfast or lunch at Inbound. Think of me when you are there, who knows you may even see me there!!

Much love

the Joy Girls
